Sheridan Real Estate
Real Estate in Sheridan has an average Mississauga price and feel. A lot of homes are older built in the mid 1900s. This means types of homes are often backsplits, older 2 story and bungalows. However if you want a nice lot, you can find those here. There tends to be a little less diversity in terms of ethnicity, it is still a heavy Caucasian dominate area. Like other areas of Mississauga however, the older families have enjoyed Sheridan, are starting to sell and younger families are moving in.
Sheridan has a lot to offer too. There are several strips of shopping plazas on Dundas that provide everything you will ever need including a Costco, all types of ethnic foods and modern stores. The Hghways are all very close 403, 407, QEW are all within 5 minutes of where ever you are in Sheridan. Clarkson and Erindale Go Stations are close, buses are everywhere and people that live here are happy. The Credit river in the East give access to numerous walking/hiking trailing, consistent with parks a plenty in the area. When you have time come by and check them out.
