Palermo West, also known as Bronte Creek, is located in northwest Oakville, at Oakville’s western boundary. This neighborhood is a newer (pre-2011), planned residential development, with single-detached and semi-detached homes as well as townhouses.
Overview:
Bronte Creek runs through the southern part of this neighborhood, at Bronte Creek Provincial Park, and Fourteen Mile Creek runs through the northeastern part. There is plenty of green space and wooded, natural areas. Palermo West has good access to Highways 407 and 403.
