Milton Neighborhoods

Milton is a wonderful suburban town.  Roughly 30 minute drive to Toronto it is accessible and well known as one of the fastest growing towns in Canada.  The population of this modern town has a staggering 35% of children, making it a perfect place to raise a family.  Without a doubt, you will see lots of children playing out side, many modern new schools, parks and family fun.  Real estate in Milton is rich with newer modern homes, and homes to be built.  In 2003 Mattamy started to build all around the town and the population which was one 10,000, has boomed to over 100,000.  There are some older diverse homes in the center of town, however the city is most made up of homes from 16 years old to brand new.

Here is a map of Milton from a real estate perceptive.  Click on any of the link to learn more about the specific areas of town.  Please note that Esquesing. 401 business park, and Derry green Business Park are mostly industrial areas. We touch base on those briefly with maps and links.  The rest of the areas with exception of downtown “Old Milton” are rich with residential homes.
