Currently there is not much happening in Cobban, Milton. It is slowly nearing new construction projects but as of now is mostly an open area for construction. This will one day be a booming community between Ford, Coates and Bowes.

Places of note
1. St Benadicts Catholic church is currently under construction by Louse St Laurent and Yates. It will be a huch church and will be the designated Catholic church to anyone South of Derry. 2. Close to Rattlesnake Golf Coarse and the Waste Management centre on Bronte Rd., south of Britannia. 3. Mattamy and other builders are currently knee deep in constructing the first communities in Cobban. Some residents have already taken possession, however very few. Schools and infrastructure to come over the years.
