Bowes, Milton
Currently there is not much happening in Cobban, Milton. It is slowly nearing new construction projects but as of now is mostly an open area for construction. This will one day be a booming community between Cobban, Coates and Beaty.
Places of note
1. St Benadicts Catholic church is currently under construction by Louse St Laurent and Yates. It will be a huch church and will be the designated Catholic church to anyone South of Derry.
2. Currently all students North of Louse St Laurent are still attending Craig Kieilburger Secondary School
